    COLLAR
    has handwork decoration in a dotted pattern and also in a
    triangle pattern above that.
    The color is cream.
    The neckline of the collar is about 17” ; the bib is about 9-1/2” across at the widest.
    For its age which is probably from before 1930, the collar is in good shape.
    It looks as if there’s yellowing but that’s the bias tape behind the neck edge.
    There is yellowing though to the bias tape at the nape edges and slightly from there.
    The material is still pretty stiff.
